Class Focus
Each session blends Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and complementary practices designed to build strength, flexibility, balance, cardiovascular health, memory, and relaxation.
Tai Chi is a moving meditation. It brings strength, flexibility, and focus while improving memory. Lyn Solander has practiced Tai Chi since 1980 and has offered instruction on Vashon and Maury Islands since 1985.
